Broadcast Messaging to Learners

CoursePipeline includes a broadcast messaging feature to communicate with learners directly.

What Broadcast Does

Send messages to learners who are taking your courses. Messages can include:

• Course update notifications
• Completion reminders
• New content announcements
• Deadline warnings

Targeting

You can target broadcasts by:

• Course — All learners in a specific course
• Group — Specific learner groups or cohorts
• Status — Learners who haven't completed, are in progress, etc.

Integration with CourseSignal

For in-course messaging (modals that appear inside the course itself), use CourseSignal. CoursePipeline broadcast is for out-of-course notifications.
