Login Issues

Can't Log In

Check your email spelling

  • Email addresses are case-insensitive but must match exactly
  • Check for extra spaces or typos

Reset your password

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on login page
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check spam/junk folder for reset email
  4. Follow link to create new password

Clear browser data

  1. Clear cookies for happyalien.ai
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Try logging in again

Try incognito/private mode

  • Tests if browser extensions are causing issues
  • If it works, disable extensions one by one

"Invalid Credentials" Error

  • Double-check password (case-sensitive)
  • Reset password if needed
  • Ensure account was verified via email

Not Receiving Verification Email

  1. Check spam/junk folder

Sparks Not Showing After Purchase

Wait a moment

  • Stripe webhooks can take 10-30 seconds

Still missing?

Wrong Balance Displayed

  • Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  • Check if you're in the right organization

Sparks Deducted But Action Failed

  • Most failures auto-refund sparks
  • Check transaction history to confirm
  • If not refunded, contact support with transaction ID

Payment Issues

Payment Declined

Common causes:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired
  • Bank fraud protection
  • Incorrect card details

Solutions:

  1. Verify card details
  2. Try different payment method
  3. Contact your bank
  4. Use PayPal (if available)

Subscription Not Renewing

  1. Check payment method is valid
  2. Update expired card
  3. Check email for failed payment notice

Charged Twice

  • Check if you have multiple subscriptions
  • One charge may be authorization (refunded)

Product Access Issues

Can't Access a Product

"Not Authorized" Error

  • Log out and back in
  • Clear happyalien.ai cookies
  • Ensure you have sufficient sparks

Product Loading Slowly

  • Check internet connection
  • Try different browser
  • Disable VPN temporarily
  • Check service status

Usage and Performance

Action Taking Too Long

  • AI generation can take 30 seconds to 2 minutes
  • Video processing may take longer
  • Don't close browser window
  • If over 5 minutes, contact support

Poor Quality Results

  • Try adjusting generation settings
  • Use more specific prompts
  • Try premium models (higher spark cost)
  • Regenerate 2-3 times for best results

Can't Export or Download

  • Check browser popup blocker
  • Allow downloads for happyalien.ai
  • Try right-click > Save As
  • Check if action completed successfully

Organization Issues

Can't Invite Team Members

  • Ensure you're an organization admin
  • Verify email addresses are correct
  • Check spam folder for invitation
  • Invitation link expires after 7 days

Team Member Not Seeing Organization

  1. Verify they accepted invitation
  2. Have them log out and back in
  3. Click profile > Switch Organization

Wrong Organization Balance

  • Click profile icon
  • Select "Switch Organization"
  • Choose correct organization
